The primary changes in these guidelines are related to where signs may be placed. Signs will not be permitted on Ken Caryl Avenue west of C-470 except at the intersection of the Valley Parkway. Signs will not be permitted on South Valley Road except at the intersection of Club Drive or the Valley Parkway. No signs will be allowed at the intersection of Ken Caryl Avenue and Continental Divide Road.
In addition, signs will only be allowed at intersections where a turn is required to reach the sale and only one sign per intersection per event. As in the past, no signs are permitted on medians and signs must be compliant with the guidelines in appearance as always. These current guidelines are available on our Web site at www.ken-carylranch.org, can be faxed or e-mailed to you or you are always welcome to pick up a copy at the Ranch House.
Enforcement of the revised signage guidelines will begin on Saturday, August 7, 2010, with removal of non-compliant signs.
