Our outdoor amenities (pools, outdoor tennis courts, disc golf) are free for Ken-Caryl Residents.  The fitness programs and indoor tennis courts at the Community Center have various fees for residents and non-residents.  Please view our Facility Use Fees.

Bradford Pool

The Bradford Pool, located in the North Ranch, is open during the summer only. In addition to the swimming pool and wading pool, there are 2 outdoor tennis courts, picnic area and a playground.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Community Center is a complete recreation facility serving residents and businesses of Jefferson County. The facility is owned by Jefferson County Open Space and operated by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District. The Center is easily accessed off of C-470 and offers exceptional views of the Dakota Hogback to the east.

Dakota Lodge

The Dakota Lodge is located on the grounds of the Equestrian Center. Equipped with a kitchen, picnic area and large, rustic meeting/activity room, the Dakota Lodge is available for rent and for use by community organizations such as Scouts, homeowners’ groups and clubs. Environmental Education classes are also hosted here.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Equestrian Center offers boarding, training and events. We teach total horsemanship from beginner to advanced levels. Group and private lessons are available Monday through Saturday year round.
