Several neighborhoods in Ken-Caryl Ranch have subassociations in addition to the overall Master Association. Members of neighborhoods with subassociations might pay an additional assessment to a subassociation organization that owns and maintains property in particular neighborhoods, much in the same way the Master Association does for the overall Ranch.
