Community Planning

The MA and MD Boards have jointly agreed to create and adopt a long-range Community Master Plan. The goal of community planning is to ensure the continued attractiveness of Ken-Caryl Ranch to existing and future residents. The Boards appointed a Community Planning Committee (CPC) at the beginning of 2013 to assume responsibility from the KC2020 Task Force, which was then dissolved. The CPC developed a long-range Community Master Plan:

Community Planning Open House
