Colorado Parks & Wildlife Wants to Hear From You!

Date: Wednesday, July 17
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Dakota Lodge

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is studying community perceptions related to human-black bear conflicts, and they want to hear from you! CPW is conducting a survey to research community perspectives regarding human-black bear conflicts in the Ken-Caryl neighborhood. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, July 17 at 6 p.m. at Dakota Lodge. The purpose of the meeting is to have an open discussion and conduct a survey in order to better understand the community’s interests and potential concerns about human-bear conflicts. The data CPW collects from the survey will be used to assist in the development of a new strategic education plan to help minimize human-black bear conflicts up and down the Front Range area.
