Looking for a great workout this fall? Come try TRX training. This class uses the TRX – which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise – to provide a workout using your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. The 4 – week session runs from Sept. 9 – Sept 30, Thursday mornings from 9:15 – 10:15 am. Minimum of 4, maximum of 12.
