Ken-Caryl Ranch is a planned residential community located just 18 miles southwest of downtown Denver. Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association works very closely with the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District to serve the community in a unified and collaborative way. The Master Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by its citizens and serves approximately 14,000 residents in Littleton, Colorado.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association (KCRMA) is a group of property owners bound together by a Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the purpose of operating and maintaining Association-owned property and preserving community standards. Monthly dues support covenant and architectural control, 4,800 acres of Master Association-owned open space, 47 miles of private trails, trash removal/recycling, the Equestrian Center, and the bi-weekly newspaper, Life at Ken-Caryl. There are approximately 4,400 single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments on Ken-Caryl Ranch, as well as a wide variety of businesses.

Job Overview:

Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association is hiring a Natural Resources Technician position to assist with managing invasive species management, forestry operations and mowing/trimming operations. Under the supervision of the Natural Resource Specialist I, the technician will monitor, maintain, and manage the natural and cultural resources on Ken-Caryl Ranch’s 4000+ acre open space.
