Joint Study Session Jan. 7 Meeting Summary

On Jan. 7, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and Metropolitan District held a Joint Study Session and discussed the following items:

  • The Boards discussed the current asphalt path along South Valley Road in the South Hogback Open Space, which is owned by the Metropolitan District. The path is deteriorating, and the discussion centered around the replacement material. The options are asphalt, grey concrete, or colored concrete. The Metropolitan District will continue the discussion at their next business meeting.
  • The Boards discussed the Ranch House Pool project. There have been some weather-related work stoppages, but the project is moving along. Concrete work has started.
  • Residents Jim Fodor, Cathy Packard, and Jerry Sullivan each addressed the Boards on various issues, including concrete.
