Master Association Board Selects Victoria DeSair as Next Executive Director
By Master Association Board President Chris Figge
It is my distinct pleasure and privilege to announce to our Ken-Caryl Ranch residents that we will be transitioning from Chris Pacetti to Victoria DeSair for Executive Director of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association as of Jan. 1, 2020.
I want to start by thanking Chris for his many years of unparalleled service to our community. His dedication and professionalism are greatly appreciated. As you may know, Chris is retiring at the end of 2019 after 35 years.
Victoria has been our Communications Director since 2012. As time has gone on, she has ramped up her responsibilities and continues to become more involved with the inner workings of Ken-Caryl Ranch. Victoria has completed the Certified Manager of Community Associations certification program and the Community Association Manager Colorado licensure program. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and an MBA from Texas Christian University. She is eminently qualified to lead Ken-Caryl Ranch forward as we deal with all the challenges and rewards associated with our daily lives in the community.
I want to thank my fellow Master Association Board members, Andy Lydens, Scotty Martin, Dave Seagraves, and Erlinda Stafford, as well as Valerie Walling, for assisting in the process of this Executive Director search. After many hours and meetings doing due diligence, Victoria clearly rose to the top of the candidate pool. We are very excited to have her accept the position and are looking forward to beginning the new year with her leadership skill set. The Master Association Board and Chris Pacetti will work with her closely as this transition occurs. Congratulations, Victoria!
