Users must validate their Summer Swim Pass to use the pools. Validation begins May 1. Users will be issued a keychain card.

Adult Swim
The Ranch House and Community Center pools provide an adult swim on the hour every hour for 15 minutes from 1-7 p.m. for safety checks and restroom breaks. Adults 18 & over and children 3 & under accompanied by an adult are allowed in the pool during this time.

Note: Ranch House pool closes for the season on Aug. 16, 2017.

Fee: Free to residents with valid summer pass & summer pass holders. Daily swim fees apply for non-pass holders.

Water Exercise
Designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit without stressing your joints. Swimming helps alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote healing and muscle development for those suffering from physical ailments resulting from injury, disease or aging.
Ages: 18+
Days: Daily
Dates: June 5 – Aug. 16 and weekends until pool closure
Time: 8:45 – 9:45 a.m.
Fee: Drop in fee or Facility Use Pass

Deep Water Exercise
Deep water aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise performed in water deep enough so that you do not come in contact with the bottom of the pool. A flotation device, such as a buoyancy belt or pool noodle will be used to free your hands and legs to perform large movements against the resistance of the water.

Day: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Dates: June 5 – Aug. 16
Time: 7:50 – 8:40 a.m.
Fee: Drop in fee or Facility Use Pass

Note: Community Center pool closes for the season on Sept. 4, 2017. Late summer pool hours will be posted by Aug. 14, 2017.

Ridge Recreation Center Pool

There is a joint use agreement between Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District and the Foothills Park & Recreation District for residents of Ken-Caryl Ranch (KCR) to use the Foothills Ridge Recreation Center at Foothills resident rates. See details about the Intergovernmental Agreement.
