Designed for ages 18+ to develop cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit without stressing your joints. Swimming helps alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote healing and muscle development for those suffering from physical ailments resulting from injury, disease, or aging.

Water aerobics will begin on July 6, 2020 from 8-8:50 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Deep water aerobics will be on Wednesdays. Water aerobics will not be included in any fitness membership this summer and pre-registration will be required for each day. All classes will be $8 Resident / $10.50 Non-Resident per class.
