Water  Aerobics

Designed for ages 18+ to develop cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit without stressing your joints. Swimming helps alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote healing and muscle development for those suffering from physical ailments resulting from injury, disease, or aging.

Water aerobics is finished for the 2020 season and will start again in Summer 2021. Thank you to everyone that participated!
