Water  Aerobics

Designed for ages 18+ to develop cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit without stressing your joints. Swimming helps alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote healing and muscle development for those suffering from physical ailments resulting from injury, disease, or aging.

Water aerobics will be available every day beginning June 1. Registration is required. Classes, times, and registration will be available every Wednesday for the following two weeks. Late season water aerobics will begin August 16 at the Ranch House. Premiere Fitness Memberships enjoy unlimited access to water aerobics but still require registration into the classes. All other patrons will be charged a daily drop-in fee when registering.

Registration will be available online beginning May 26 for the weeks of May 30 & June 6, and then will open every other Wednesday throughout the summer for future weeks.
