Even though the gym is closed, there’s no excuse to skip your workout. These workouts focus on using your greatest tool — your body’s strength! This workout provides options for cardio (HIIT– High Intensity Interval Training) exercises, bodyweight resistance challenges as well as core exercises. Each exercise will have an illustration and description. There will also be a Wellness/Nutrition challenge.

A variety of traditional and innovative classes are offered by our nationally certified fitness and yoga instructors.
Many classes are included in the monthly membership or available on a drop-in bases. We also offer specialty fee-based classes.
