28 Day Fitness Challenge!

Kick-Off Informational Meeting: Jan. 31, 7 p.m., Community Center

A 28-day self-reporting fitness challenge. The goal: reach Pyeong Chang, South Korea (6,105 miles) by completing numerous fitness challenges! Weekly challenges (activities correlate to mileage) will be posted along with Olympic fun facts. A tally board will be posted where participants will record their workouts as they complete them.

Ways to Win: Most Body Fat Lost and Mileage Reached
Prizes Include: FREE Massage and Entrance into Drawing for FREE 6-month membership

Foundation Training Free Introduction Class

Foundation Training is a safe and effective exercise program focused on the posterior chain of muscles. Postural body weight exercises will be taught by a certified instructor. Incorporating these principles into your daily routine will heal pain naturally, prevent common injuries, build strength, enhance athletic ability and improve your posture. Join Chuck for a series of hands-on workshops at the Ken-Caryl Community Center to explore and properly apply the principles and exercises of Foundation Training.

Junior Weight Room Certification

Youth 12-18 years of age must be certified by our personal trainers in order to use the exercise/weight equipment at the Community Center. Youth 12-13 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the weight and cardio equipment. The class takes place at the Community Center and costs $20 for residents or $23 for non-residents.
