Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fast, fun, fitness workout that includes quick tennis rotations and running. It is a system designed to bring a high-level cardiovascular workout into the world of tennis, incorporating the game you know and love with games and activities that keep you moving, burning calories and improving your footwork and hand/eye coordination. Cardio Tennis is like being a kid on a playground, constantly running from one end to the other with a smile on your face! Please observe levels.

Cardio Tennis Schedule

June 7 – July 26

Fridays 8 a.m. – 9 a.m., 3.5 – 4.5 Mark/Leslie – call after 5 p.m. Thurs.
Fridays 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., 2.5 – 3.0 Mark/Leslie – call after 6 p.m. Thurs.

Pre-registration required by calling 303-979-2233 the night prior (see times listed above). Cancellations less than two hours in advance will be charged.
