Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fast, fun, fitness workout that includes quick tennis rotations and running. It is a system designed to bring a high-level cardiovascular workout into the world of tennis, incorporating the game you know and love with games and activities that keep you moving, burning calories and improving your footwork and hand/eye coordination. Cardio Tennis is like being a kid on a playground, constantly running from one end to the other with a smile on your face! Please observe levels.

Cardio Tennis Schedule

Spring
Tuesdays: 7-8 p.m., 3.5-4.0, Mark (ends April 19)
Fridays: 8-9 a.m., 3.5 – 4.5, John/Leslie
Fridays: 9-10 a.m., 2.5 – 3.0, Mark/Leslie*
Saturdays: 8-9 a.m., 3.5 – 4.5, Instructor Varies
Location: Community Center
Fees: Resident: $10; Non-Resident: $13 or Cardio Punch Card

Pre-registration required by calling 303-979-2233 after 5 p.m. (unless specified) the night prior. Cancellations less than two hours in advance will be charged.
*Call by 6 p.m. Thursday

Summer
Dates: June 9 – July 28
Fridays: 8 – 9 a.m. levels 3.5 and above
Fridays: 9 – 10 a.m. levels 2.5-3.0 (call after 6 p.m. on Th)
Location: Community Center
Fees: Resident: $10; Non-Resident: $13 or Cardio Punch Card
