Jefferson County Road and Bridge will begin concrete improvements in the Aspen Meadows, Quail Ridge, The Spread and The Settlement neighborhoods, off Sangre de Cristo and Continental Divide Road.
Work will include ADA ramp upgrades to meet federal accessibility requirements, along with replacement of damaged sidewalks, curbs, gutters and concrete cross pans. Areas scheduled for repair will be marked in advance.
Construction is expected to begin this week or next week. Residents whose properties are directly impacted will receive advance notice from the contractor, Silva Construction, with details about the work and what to expect during construction.
