Per the contract, the house was to be scraped and primed on bare wood. However, this was not done. Owner, Ernest Cline, said they used clear primer. There is no such thing as clear primer according to other painters. Window edging was only painted over peeling and falling off edging. No scraping or primeing was completed around windows. The 6 or painters on site were rushing the job to beat the weather and only one painter spoke English. We were told by Ernest to not speak to the painters and only speak to him, but he was not on-site and difficult to reach by phone. Communication was poor. Poor quality job. In addition, tools were missing from our unlocked garage that were definitely there before the work started. I would not recommend this company for exterior painting.
