Community feedback helps guide important decisions across Ken-Caryl Ranch. Through resident surveys, planning initiatives, and long-range visioning efforts, the Master Association and Metropolitan District gather input to better understand community priorities and plan for the future.

2025 Community Survey
In 2025, Ken-Caryl Ranch partnered with Corona Insights, a Denver-based research firm, to conduct a community-wide resident survey. Working alongside staff and the Community Planning Committee, the survey gathered feedback on amenities, open space management, funding priorities, and other community topics

Community Master Plan
The Community Master Plan helps guide the long-term future of Ken-Caryl Ranch. Developed jointly by the Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards, the plan supports thoughtful growth, community improvements, and preservation of the character residents value most.
The Community Planning Committee (CPC) was formed in 2013 to continue the work of the KC2020 Task Force and support ongoing planning efforts.

Community Collaboration Workgroup
The Community Collaboration Workgroup was formed to support long-term financial stability and help ensure consistent delivery of community services and amenities.
The group includes representatives from both Boards along with community leadership staff, and works to explore opportunities for collaboration, planning, and operational improvements that benefit residents.
