A rental contract for use of the Bradford Fire Pit. The following contract includes a list of responsibilities for fire pit users.

The renter must pick up the fire extinguisher at the Ken-Caryl Ranch Community Center: 1 Club Drive, Littleton, CO 80127 – (303) 979-2233. Community Center Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-7pm; Fri 6am-5pm; Sat 8am-4pm; Sun 9am-3pm*
