Connect with seniors, families and caregivers at the Senior Living Fair. This community event brings together local businesses and organizations that provide products, services and resources to support healthy, active and independent living.
Vendors will have the opportunity to meet directly with attendees, build relationships within the community, share information about their organization and showcase the services and resources they provide.
Eligible Vendors
We welcome businesses and organizations serving older adults, including:
- Health care providers

- Senior living communities
- Financial and legal services
- Wellness programs
- Transportation services
- Recreation and fitness programs
- Nutrition services
- Home safety and accessibility services
- Other senior-focused businesses and organizations
Vendor Approval Required
All vendors must be approved before registering to ensure a diverse and relevant selection of exhibitors.
Email Kate McDonald at KateM@kcranch.org with information about your organization and the products or services you provide. Approved vendors will receive instructions for completing registration.
Vendor Registration Includes
- One vendor table and two chairs
- Space to distribute brochures, giveaways and promotional materials
- Opportunities to connect with seniors, families, caregivers and community organizations
Vendor Fees
District: $100
Non-District: $120
Space is limited. Approved vendor registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
