Advertise in Life at Ken-Caryl

Life at Ken-Caryl is the biweekly newspaper of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and is mailed to more than 4,700 homes and businesses. Advertising is available for local businesses, organizations and community partners that want to reach Ken-Caryl residents.

Use the form below to submit your advertising contract, select your ad size and schedule, request premium placement, upload your camera-ready ad or send materials for ad design assistance.

Before completing the form, please review the Life at Ken-Caryl Advertising Information and Contract brochure for current rates, ad sizes, deadlines, payment terms and advertising policies.

New advertisers must prepay for the first two ads. After that, billing is handled monthly. All ads must be submitted, finalized and approved by the advertising deadline for the selected issue.

New advertisers must prepay for the first two ads.
Billing occurs monthly in advance.
Advertising payment is due by the 20th of each month.
Late payment may result in a $25 monthly fee.
If payment is not received by the due date, the ad may not run in the following issue and the contract may be canceled.

Advertising Policy and Terms

Advertising does not constitute an endorsement of the products or services advertised.

The publisher reserves the right to refuse advertising that is not in the best interest of its readers or business policies.

The publisher assumes no liability for camera-ready ads that do not meet size or quality requirements.
