SoundBath

A tailored session so you can slow down, reset & give your nervous system a chance to rest deeply. This SoundBath experience is a space where you can simply lie back and be supported by sound. The vibrations from crystal bowls help guide the body out of stress mode and into a state of deep relaxation. When this happens, the mind becomes quieter, breathing slows, & the body can begin to restore itself.

Many of us spend most of our days in a state of low-level tension without realizing it. A soundbath creates the conditions for your system to shift out of that “always on” state and into repair.

SoundBaths can support:

Calming the nervous system & reduce stress
Improving sleep quality
Easing physical tension and muscular discomfort
Supporting the body’s natural pain regulation through vibration
Mental clarity and emotional balance
A deeper sense of grounding and overall wellbeing

People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested, like they’ve had restful & deep sleep for the first time in a while. No experience is needed, & there’s nothing you need to do. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound vibrations to do the work. This is your time to pause, reset & let your system settle. I’d love you to join me.

What to bring: a mat to lie on, any blankets/pillow & possible eye pillow. Chairs will be available too.

Who is it not suitable for: SoundBaths are not suitable if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, metal implants, a history of epilepsy or seizures, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have a serious cardiovascular or unmanaged mental health condition.
