Discovery Den

Give your little one a safe and engaging space to play, explore and connect with other children while you enjoy a yoga class, hit the gym or take a peaceful break in our lobby.

Designed for children ages 1 to 3, this program takes place in the Sunshine Room every Wednesday from 9–11:30 a.m.

Please bring extra clothes, a snack and anything else that may help your little one feel comfortable. An emergency information form must be completed at drop-off and will remain on file for one year.

Parents do not attend and must remain available by phone. Children should arrive with clean, dry diapers or underwear.
