Indoor Court Time
Looking for consistent court time throughout the indoor tennis season? Tennis Court Block Time provides players with a reserved weekly court time during the fall and winter months.
Block Time is assigned through an application process and is designed for groups and individuals who want regularly scheduled indoor court access throughout the season.
Block Time Sessions
Fall Session
Begins after Labor Day and runs through mid-December.
New Year Session
Runs from January through mid-April.
Applications for the Fall Session open each June. Applications for the New Year Session open following Thanksgiving break.
Fall Session Timeline

| June 29 | Resident application submission deadline |
| July 6 | Approved time slot notifications sent |
| July 13 | Second-wave registration opens on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 8 a.m. via email |
| Sept. 1 | Detailed form and payment due |
| Sept. 8 | Block Time begins |
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for Block Time reservations unless the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District closes the Indoor Tennis Facility due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participant safety is our highest priority. When the facility remains open during inclement weather, walkways will be cleared and treated to help provide safe access to the building.
