2026 Master Association Dues
Effective Jan 1, 2026, monthly dues are:
Residential

Apartment (Per Unit)

Commercial (per acre or portion of acre)

Payment schedule: Dues are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the 15th.

Status Letters and Transfer Fees

Status letters and resale information are provided by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association. For recurring status requests, some information may be available at no cost through the homeowner account portal.

How to Request a Status Letter
Submit your request to the Master Association
Title companies may request status letters directly from the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association using the status letter request form.
Required information for status letter requests:
When submitting a status letter request, please include:
- Seller’s name(s)
- Buyer’s name(s)
- Property address
- Closing date
- Need-by date
Providing complete information helps us process your request as quickly and accurately as possible.
