Process for Public Comment:
To streamline meetings while also ensuring everyone gets a voice, there will be one opportunity for residents to speak for three minutes each at the beginning of the meeting regarding any topic not on the agenda. In addition, public comments will take place during Communication/Discussion Items and before the board votes on each Motion on the agenda. Email comments will no longer be read aloud, but email feedback will be distributed to the board. Public comments may be made in person or via Zoom by clicking the “Raise Hand” icon or pressing *9 on the phone.
