The Architectural Committee is considering proposed updates and clarification to The Valley and The Plains fencing guidelines. The updates address guidelines for permanent pool and garden fencing and provide greater clarity for homeowners planning these types of improvements.
Residents are encouraged to review the proposed updates and provide input. Feedback received will be considered by the Architectural Committee before the updated guidelines are reviewed and approved at a future meeting.
