Residents can visit the Metro District’s activity registration and reservation site to reserve the picnic area, Bradford Campsite, near the Bradford Perley House. The Bradford Campsite is available for Ken-Caryl Ranch residents only.

How do I reserve a campground?

Campsite reservations vary by location. Bradford Fire Pit and Campground can be reserved online. Other sites can be reserved through the Dakota Lodge self-service station.

Where can I pick up a fire extinguisher for my Bradford Campsite reservation?

Fire extinguishers are available at the Community Center during open hours. You will need to complete a short agreement. Fire Extinguishers are issued for emergencies only and should not be used to extinguish the fire pit.

Outdoor courts are free for residents. Non-residents pay a per hour fee. Community Center indoor courts have same-day and advanced reservation rates that include a non-resident rate differential.

Do you have pickleball courts?

Yes. Outdoor pickleball courts are currently available at the Bradford Tennis Courts, 6 Killdeer Lane. Indoor courts are not available at this time. For indoor play, we recommend checking nearby facilities such as Epic.

A staff member or facility attendant is assigned during events. If you have questions, please contact a member of the Guest Services recreation@kcranch.org team in advance of your event.

If an attendant is present, please notify them immediately. If not, contact us and we will assist as quickly as possible.
