We pride ourselves in offering a variety of programs for all ages and needs. The demand for camps is different every year but most commonly we find that the full day school-age camps for ages 6-9 years are extremely competitive and registration fills quickly. In general, we recommend that you make sure you get on and complete registration right when it is available to you.
Camp swim lessons are only available for Bears and Hoots campers at the Ranch House location. If you are registered into an eligible camp, you will receive an email with details on swim lesson registration when we have more information available!
There will be one initial payment at the time of registration for your non-refundable deposits for each week you signed up for (not including waitlisted weeks). The remaining balance will be automatically put on a monthly payment plan. Those payment plan details will be found at the bottom of your receipt. A credit card must be kept on file to auto-charge on your payment due dates.
Once you have completed registration, you can go onto your account and pay off the balance in one lump sum if you would prefer that over monthly payments.
Only families that are part of the current school-year’s Before & After Care Program and sign-up through Premier for both Fall and Spring semesters get early access to summer camp registration.
Due to the active nature of camp, early childhood age appropriateness, and participant feedback we have determined these hours provide the most successful environment for the participants and the staff.
The biggest difference between these camps is the pace and the length. The overall pace of the school-age camp is considered much faster than the preschool camps. The school-age camp is all day (8am-5pm) and the preschool camp is partial day (8:30am-1:30pm).
You know your child best! If they seem ready for a faster pace and a longer day because they have done something similar in the past, go for the school-age camp. If they are new to a full day away from home or need more downtime during the day, go for the preschool camp.

The best choice depends on your child’s age, experience, and readiness for a full day of activities.
Preschool Camp
Shorter day: 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Slower-paced schedule
Ideal for younger children or those new to camp
School-Age Camp
Full day: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
More active, fast-paced schedule
Designed for children who are comfortable with a longer day
If your child is ready for a full day of activities and a faster pace, school-age camp may be a good fit. If they are new to structured programs or may benefit from a shorter day, preschool camp may be the better option.
The shorter camp day is designed to support the needs and energy levels of younger children, helping them stay engaged and enjoy a successful camp experience.
Early (Premier) access is available to families enrolled in the current school year’s Before and After Care program and register for both the Fall and Spring semesters.
A non-refundable deposit is due when you register for each week of camp. The remaining balance is automatically divided into monthly payments.
Your payment schedule is listed at the bottom of your receipt, and a valid payment method must remain on file for automatic billing.
You can also log in to your account at any time to pay off your balance early.
No. Summer camp registration is available by the week only. Partial-week registrations are not offered.
It varies each year, but full-day camps for ages 6 to 9 tend to fill quickly.
We recommend registering as soon as your registration window opens.
Waitlist movement varies by program and from year to year, so we’re unable to predict the likelihood of an opening.
If a spot becomes available, we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, so they can’t be applied to a different camp.
No. Children must be 5 years old by the first week of camp to register for Hoots. Our childcare license requires this and the system cannot adjust for mid-summer birthdays. If your child turns 5 later in the summer, we recommend enrolling in Rainbow Fish camp.
Yes. Swim lessons are available for Bears and Hoots campers at the Ranch House.
If your child is eligible, you’ll receive an email with registration details.
All full-day programs are held at the Ranch House, regardless of your child’s regular program location.
