Ken-Caryl Trail Club

Explore, Steward and Support Ken-Caryl Trails

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Trail Club is a resident-only volunteer organization made up of hikers, runners, cyclists and equestrians who share a passion for the community’s trails and open space.

Since 2001, the Trail Club has partnered with the Master Association, Ken-Caryl Rangers, Volunteer Trail Coordinators and community volunteers to help maintain and improve trails throughout Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space and Willow Springs Open Space. Through stewardship, volunteerism and collaboration, the club works to support a positive trail experience for all users.

The Trail Club operates under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and a Joint Use Agreement with Willow Springs Open Space.

What the Trail Club Does

Trail Club volunteers assist with projects that help protect and enhance the trail system and surrounding open space, including:

  • Trail maintenance and improvement projects
  • Open space stewardship and restoration efforts
  • Volunteer trail work days
  • Trail user education and outreach
  • Community partnerships supporting responsible recreation

Volunteers work alongside Ken-Caryl Rangers, Master Association staff, Volunteer Trail Coordinators and community committees on projects throughout the year.
