Celebrate local creativity at the Ken-Caryl Ranch Art Festival on Saturday, August 1, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Ranch House! Enjoy a diverse showcase of original artwork created by talented artists from our community, along with family-friendly activities and entertainment. Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be announced at 3:00 p.m. during the festival.
Art Show Registration
Calling all artists! Showcase your creativity and share your work with the community. The Art Show is juried by the Ken-Caryl Art Guild and welcomes submissions in all visual art forms.
Age Categories
- Youth: Ages 8–15
- Adult: Ages 16+
All Mediums Accepted
Photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and more!
Submission Requirements
- Original artwork only
- Up to 3 pieces may be submitted
- Open theme
- Maximum finished or framed size: 24″ x 36″ x 48″
- Maximum weight: 30 lbs
- All selected artwork must be ready to hang with secure hanging wires
- Early submissions may be featured in festival promotional materials

How to Submit
Email images of your artwork to MissyM@kcranch.org by July 20, 2026, at 10:00 p.m.
Image Requirements
- Submit images as attachments in JPEG or PDF format
- An optional artist statement or artwork description may be included
Artwork Labels
Artists are responsible for creating and attaching a label to the back of each submitted piece. Labels must include:
- Artist name
- Title of work
- Medium
- Finished/framed size
- Artist contact information (if artwork is available for purchase)
Artwork Sales
Artwork may not be sold directly on District property. Any sales arrangements are the sole responsibility of the artist. Interested patrons may contact artists directly after the festival to discuss purchases.
