At its Nov. 18 Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to approve a $5 dues increase effective Jan. 1, 2026. The updated dues amounts are listed below.

KCR Master Association Dues Payment Options
AUTOMATIC DUES PAYMENTS (ACH)
With Automatic Clearing House (ACH), your assessment is automatically debited from your checking account on or after the 5th of each month. If dues are increased, your ACH payment amount will be automatically updated. To sign up for this free service, complete the online form below.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT THROUGH BANK
You can set up an electronic payment through your bank’s online bill payment service. If dues are increased, you will be responsible for updating the payment amount. All payments should be sent to:

E-CHECK THROUGH SMART STREET
You may pay with an e-check through SmartStreet. This is a self-initiated one-time or recurring debit from your checking account to the Master Association’s bank at no cost to you. If dues are increased, you will be responsible for updating the payment amount. You will need your Master Association account number to set up e-check payments. You can pay online through SmartStreet with a credit card. Please note there is a 2.95% service charge for each credit card transaction. PAY AT RANCH HOUSE
Cash or check payments payable to KCRMA can be delivered to the Ranch House, 7676 S. Continental Divide Road, Littleton, CO 80127, during regular business hours, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. They can also be put in the drop box on the front of the Ranch House after business hours or on the weekend.
DUES COUPONS
The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association no longer automatically provides paper coupons for dues payments. If you want to receive dues coupons, please contact Mark Knott at MarkK@kcranch.org, or 303-979-7439 with your name and address. Dues coupons will be mailed in mid to late December.
ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS (VIEW ONLY)
You can go online to access your HOA account information including your account balance, monthly assessment amounts, ACH information (if applicable), mailing address information, architectural and compliance notifications, etc. You cannot make payments through the link below. Payment options are listed above.
ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT
Homeowners can submit one payment for the entire year. Effective 2026, the total annual payment is $996 ($83/month x 12 months). Annual payments can be made online, mailed to our payment processing center at the address below or can be mailed or dropped off at the Ranch House. Please make check payable to KCRMA.
