Board of Directors Statement of Interest

The Ken Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District (“KCRMD” or the “District”) is a Colorado special district governed by a Board of Directors (the “Board”). This Statement of Interest should be completed by any elector/resident of the District who wishes to be considered for appointment to the KCRMD Board to fill the recently vacated Board seat. This appointment will serve the Board for approximately 1 year, at which time the appointee would need to run for reelection (if they so choose) in conjunction with the District’s next regular election in May 2027. Interest forms will be accepted until noon on Thursday, April 23.
