Community Administrator

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association is hiring a full-time Community Administrator.
SALARY: $50,000-$60,000 per year
POSITION SUMMARY:
Strives to maintain a harmonious and desirable community by enforcing covenants, administering architectural review process, and performing various administrative duties for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association. Please see the Community Administrator Job Description for additional information.

Seasonal Maintenance Technicians

Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space Department is accepting applications for two Seasonal Maintenance Technicians.  The terms are May-July, Wednesday-Friday 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., 15-week positions. General open space maintenance duties include; Prairie dog site restoration, sign installation, repair/maintenance, fence installation/repair and mowing and trimming of parks, trails and roadsides. Positions pay $12/hr. (D.O.E.) and will remain open until filled. Working knowledge of equipment, building and construction, and natural resource management is desired.  Seasonal Technician will be subject to hot and cold working conditions outdoors, physically strenuous work, and working with power equipment. Must be dependable and have a strong desire to be a team player.

Seasonal Park Ranger – 16 Week Term

Under supervision of Open Space Manager and direct supervision of Park Ranger I, responsible for community patrol, surveillance and protection of native open space, parks and recreation facilities.  This is not a law-enforcement position; however, rangers enforce local open space and parks rules & regulations.  Where problems arise outside the scope of his/her abilities and jurisdiction, candidate will call in and work with local law-enforcement agencies. Also performs natural resource management on Ken-Caryl Ranch’s 4000+ acre native open space. Ideal candidate should have, or is in the process of obtaining, relevant education and/or work experience in parks, natural resources, criminal justice or a related field.

Preschool Substitute Teacher

At Ken-Caryl Ranch Preschool, our goal is to encourage learning and growth through play which offers children ownership over their own education. We see children as capable, competent and sensational people. We are looking for educators who are curious, passionate, and dedicated to learning wherever and whenever possible, and who can create an engaging environment that aids in our children’s development.

As part of the Recreation Team, Preschool Substitute Teachers work on an as needed basis (non-exempt, variable temporary). We are looking to hire individuals to work at our Community Center and Ranch House locations. We are seeking people who are excited to educate preschool age children through play and exploration.

Seasonal Parks Maintenance

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Parks Department is now accepting applications to fill our Seasonal Park Maintenance openings. We are looking for quality individuals to fill positions in Turf Care, Irrigation Maintenance, Forestry, Horticulture and Park Maintenance. Please include a copy of your current Motor Vehicle Record with your application.

Positions pay $13 (DOE) and will remain opened until filled.

Weekday Hours are Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Friday, 7-11 a.m.
