Technician I – Turf
The Parks Department is looking for individuals who desire a career working outdoors in beautiful parks, someone interested in becoming an integral part of a professional Park Maintenance Team, and who would be able to enjoy a year-round position with competitive benefits.
We currently have two Technician I positions available for the right candidates in our Turf Division. Team members in Turf provide complete lawn care within all of our parks, greenbelts, and streetscapes. These tasks include, mowing, trimming, fertilization, edging and other park related duties.

Forestry Technician II
Do you enjoy being a part of the beautification of Ken-Caryl Ranch? Do you like working outdoors? Then we have the position for you! Under the direction of the Parks Supervisor, the Forestry Technician II is responsible for providing experienced tree care, including planting, removing, pruning, assessing and analyzing diseases and damage of all trees and shrubs within the District’s parks and greenbelts.

Associate Tennis Professional
Love life on the court? Then, this position is for you! The Ken-Caryl Metropolitan District is currently seeking an Associate Tennis Professional to teach private and group lessons for both juniors and adults. In addition, the Associate Tennis Professional is responsible for promoting our tennis programs, building strong relationships with clientele and cultivating a love for tennis in all students. This is a regular part-time, non-exempt position (average of 20 hours a week) with a starting salary of $30/hour. This position is intended to advance into variable full-time (average of 30 hours a week) once the successful candidate builds enough clientele to warrant the increase in hours. It is anticipated this will take approximately six months.
