Basketball Coach – Bradford Intermediate

Basketball Coaches work with Bradford Intermediate middle school students of all abilities in a recreation-based, “equal-play-for-all” league.
Position Dates:

  • Girls’ Coach: Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan 14 – Mar 13, 3:50-5:20pm
  • Boys’ Coach: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan 15 – Mar 14, 3:50-5:20pm

Games may run later than 5:20pm, but will be scheduled as close to after school as is possible.

Preschool Teacher

We are looking for educators who are curious, passionate, and dedicated to learning wherever and whenever possible, and who can create an engaging environment that aids in our children’s development. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety of the students and the classroom, creating engaging settings to encourage play and learning, and for working in collaboration with other team members to ensure that the program fosters an inviting and nurturing environment for every child.

Environmental Education Before & After School Instructor

Dakota Lodge Nature programs develop environmental stewardship and knowledge through immersive, nature-based education and enrichment. Dakota Lodge Before and After Care Instructors lead groups of K-6 students in active, fun, and engaging curriculum based on weekly or daily themes. Lessons may include subjects like: Leave No Trace, season-specific science, geology or local flora and fauna. If you enjoy connecting children to the outdoors, value our shared natural spaces and are excited by dynamic learning adventures this position may be for you!

Parks Maintenance Worker (Horticulture)

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Parks Department is accepting applications for a Parks Maintenance Worker.  This is a year-round hourly position.  Duties include all aspects of parks maintenance work with an emphasis in horticulture.  Experience using best horticultural practices is beneficial. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintenance involving flower and shrub care, assist the Horticultural Technician in diagnosis of pests and diseases in plant materials, safely operate equipment such as pruners, hedge trimmers, tiller, backpack sprayers and water truck. The successful candidate will assist the Horticultural Technician in training seasonal staff, maintaining all existing flower and shrub beds within the parks system and maintaining weed free gardens using both mechanical and chemical techniques.  Must be flexible to work nights and weekends and to assist in snow removal activities.  Applicants must provide a MVR showing a good driving history before an offer of employment will be made.

Hourly Rate – $14.00 – $16.00 DOE
