Community Group Application
Community groups are organized social or networking groups whose members are a majority of (51%) Ken-Caryl Ranch Residents and whose purpose or mission is to support and benefit the Ken-Caryl Ranch community. Community Groups must apply annually and be approved by the Metropolitan District to receive Community Group benefits. All previously approved Community Groups must reapply annually.
Community Groups receive:
- Free use of the Bradford and Shaffer Rooms during regular business hours at the Ranch House.
- Free use of the Sunshine Room during regular business hours at the Community Center.
- $15 per hour use of the Bradford and Shaffer Rooms during non-business hours, Monday-Thursday at the Ranch House.
- $15 per hour use of the Dakota Lodge, Monday-Thursday.
- $30 per hour use of the Dakota Lodge Friday-Sunday. Limited to two rentals per year and a maximum of 20 hours total.
- Community Group rates do not apply to Bradford Fire Pit.
Subassociations and official Ken-Caryl Ranch committees/task forces do not need to fill out this form. The Ken-Caryl Ranch committees and sub associations may hold one free meeting per month with a three-hour maximum. Ken-Caryl Ranch businesses may hold two free meetings per year during regular business hours at the Ranch House with a three-hour maximum.
