Shop a curated selection of fresh, locally grown produce, handcrafted goods, and unique artisan products from talented growers, makers and small businesses. Beyond the market, each event date will feature fun, family-friendly activities including bounce houses, food trucks, and special seasonal highlights, creating a lively atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.

We’re excited to announce our inaugural Ken-Caryl Ranch Makers Market and Community Social, a refreshed and improved evolution of our 2025 Farmers Market! This vibrant community event will take place on June 13, Aug. 8 and Sept. 26, with each date featuring added activities designed to bring even more energy and engagement to the market. Do you have fresh, locally grown produce, handcrafted goods or unique artisan products? Are you a talented creator, grower or maker with items to sell? Join us for our first Ken-Caryl Ranch maker’s market!
Sign up today to reserve your space and share your passion with market-goers. We will review vendor applicants promptly and notify applicants by email if accepted but no later than a week after submission. Once applicants are accepted, they will receive a link to register and provide payment. Accepted Vendors will be required to provide the district with a certificate of insurance with Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District listed as an additionally insured, a signed vendor contract, JCPH Temporary/Special Events Retail Food Vendor License, and all vendors must have a state of Colorado special event sales tax license. Please be prepared to sell products rain or shine. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, generators, and/or pop up tents. Vendors will be responsible for their own set up and clean up.
Once you have been an accepted vendor we will send out a link to follow to provide payment finalize registration.
Registration Cost:

Out of District Residents: $52 per market
