Master Association Board
The affairs of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association are managed by a five-member Board of Directors along with a professional staff. Serving three-year staggered terms, some Directors are elected each year.
Ken-Caryl Ranch operates as a partnership of two entities, the Master Association and the Metropolitan District. The Master Association oversees architectural/covenant protection, manages the Open Space, operates the Equestrian Center, manages the trash/recycling services and publishes Life at Ken-Caryl. The Master Association is funded through Homeowner Dues and user fees. The Metropolitan District oversees recreational programming, parks and playgrounds and is funded primarily through property taxes and user fees.
