Master Association Board

Ken-Caryl Ranch operates as a partnership of two entities, the Master Association and the Metropolitan District. The Master Association oversees architectural/covenant protection, manages the Open Space, operates the Equestrian Center, manages the trash/recycling services and publishes Life at Ken-Caryl. The Master Association is funded through Homeowner Dues and user fees.  The Metropolitan District oversees recreational programming, parks and playgrounds and is funded primarily through property taxes and registration fees.

The affairs of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association are managed by a five-member Board of Directors along with a professional staff. Serving three-year staggered terms, some Directors are elected each year. Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and the Annual Meeting is held at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of March. Our mission will be achieved by creating an environment that encourages staff and volunteers, who, through their innovation and caring, enhance the unique quality of life for those who live and work here, both human and wild.

2013 Meeting Schedule

Regular Business Meetings of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held at the Ranch House unless announced otherwise. Members of the community are invited and encouraged to attend all meetings except Executive Sessions.  Please click on the dates below to view the Board Meeting Agenda.

Joint Study Sessions of the Master Association and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District Boards are generally scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month, at 6 p.m., typically at the Ranch House.
