The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District has adopted a Policy for Accommodating Qualified Individuals with Disabilities.
Americans With Disabilities Act Audit
In August 2012, the District and Master Association contracted with a consultant that specializes in providing access and accommodations for those with disabilities to complete an audit to assist both entities in complying with 2010 modifications made to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please see the Executive Summary if you are interested in reviewing the report. Both the District and Master Association are in the process of incorporating the steps of the transition plan.
