Commercial Use Permit Application

Please complete this form to request a permit to utilize one of our parks for your business venture. Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. All requests will be reviewed, and if approved a confirmation will be issued within 3-5 business days of your request. For fast and easy approvals, please make sure you have an online account and current form of payment on file at https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/kcranchmetrodistrict/home, as you will be charged upon approval. I further understand that fees may be assessed for any use of the park(s) in accordance with the District's Fee Schedule, and I agree to pay such fees as provided in the Terms and Conditions for Park Use. I agree that failure to comply with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions for Park Use may result in additional fees, cancellation of use without refund, and/or other legal or equitable remedies taken by the District. I represent that I am authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Organization and to commit the Organization to its terms.
