Thursday, April 27, 5:30 – 7 p.m.: Course # 45082
Fee: $25 Resident, $28 Non-resident

Ready to release and let go of stress and anxiety? Craving peace and calm in your life? Keep meaning to make time for yourself? This is for you!

Please join us for an evening (or two!) of DEEP relaxation and healing. Yoga instructor Sue Cobb and Acupuncturist Chuck Oese are teaming up to provide our community with a one hour all levels yoga class, followed by thirty minutes of guided relaxation and acupuncture. This workshop is designed to remove the pools of stagnant energy that every day stress creates and allow your body to feel the power of its natural vitality and vibrancy. Move through yoga poses designed to build some gentle heat and opening in the body. Breathe and feel yourself become more present. Then embark on the incredible journey of yoga nidra (an ancient practice that guides students into a state of total relaxation comfortably lying down) while having a specialized acupuncture treatment. Chuck will choose 3-5 acupuncture points designed to further increase your relaxation and reduce mental and physical stress. Please bring water and arrive at least ten minutes early to get settled in!
