Memorial Weekend Hours at the Community Center

The Community Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. the weekend of Memorial Day. The pool opens at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27. Join us for these special classes (drop-in fee or facility pass required except where noted):

Zumba: Saturday, May 27, 8:30 a.m.
Free Yoga now at Community Center: Saturday, May 27, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Zumba: Sunday, May 28, 9 a.m.
Water Aerobics: Monday, May 29, 9-10 a.m.

KCRMD has contracted with Elevation Corporate Health to provide a Fitness Coordinator, Janet Robbins, to help oversee the fitness center, acclimate members with equipment, and add some exciting new programs to our current schedule.

Speed and Agility Sports Camp

Work on your running form, acceleration, top speed and change of direction. Coach Greg Brock is a former collegiate athlete and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has worked in the Ken-Caryl youth programs for the past five years. This camp is for athletes in grades 5-8.

Junior Weight Room Certification

Youth 12-18 years of age must be certified by our personal trainers in order to use the exercise/weight equipment at the Community Center. There is a class minimum of two participants and a maximum of eight. If the minimum is not met, class will be postponed until the next session. Participants must pre-register for this class; no walk-ins will be accepted. Youth 12-13 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the weight and cardio equipment.
