The weather is crisp, the temps are dropping—and the holidays are just around the corner! To help you prepare, Ken-Caryl Ranch is hosting its beloved Christmas Tree Sale on:

When: Saturday, Dec. 6
Time: 9–11 a.m.
Where: Dakota Lodge & Barn
First come, first served

About the Trees  We’re offering approximately 200 Douglas firs, harvested from the Foothills Open Space as part of our forest health initiative. These trees are naturally grown—not from a manicured tree farm—so expect a variety of sizes and shapes. Rangers and volunteers will display the trees by the barn.

Enjoy Complimentary Refreshments  Warm up with coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts provided by our rangers to make the morning even sweeter!

Support Open Space  Donations (cash, check, or credit card) are accepted to help offset expenses in our open space program. Limit one tree per family to ensure many households can enjoy this cherished tradition.

This event supports sustainable forestry. By removing small-diameter trees, we reduce ladder fuels, improve wildlife habitat, and promote overall forest health.
