Adult Leagues

Love team play? USTA League is the country’s largest recreational tennis league with more than 300,000 players nationwide competing on teams while meeting new people and getting physically active. Match play is based on the NTRP rating system so you will play with and against players of similar abilities. Contact Robert Campbell at robertc@kcranch.org or (303) 979-2233 ext. 202 for information about joining a Ken-Caryl League.

Looking for a team for USTA League Tennis? Or are you a captain looking for players? Use this forum to post your information and get connected with other players and team captains. Ken-Caryl Ranch doesn’t form the teams – this is just a forum for you to share contact information and find other players.

USTA

Youth Tournaments

The United States Tennis Association is working with its sections and districts to adopt new rules that will create a more welcoming environment for players and parents.

All Future (entry-level) tournaments will have a compass or round robin draw, and utilize a variety of scoring options in order to complete tournaments in one or two days. In Challenger (intermediate) play, competitors will be guaranteed two matches although some tournament directors will use compass or round robin formats. Gone are the days of lose one and you are out. Ken-Caryl will attempt to give as many matches as possible in the time-frame allotted. You must be available to play between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) and a USTA membership is required. Go to USTA.com to register for both a membership and to find more local
tournaments.
