REPORT A COVENANT VIOLATION
Helping to maintain our community’s standards is a shared responsibility. If you notice a possible covenant violation, you can submit a report for review by the KCRMA Compliance and Improvement Specialist. All reports are handled with discretion to ensure a fair and respectful process for everyone involved.
HEARING REQUEST FORM
If you’ve received a covenant violation notice, and are seeking clarity you have the right to request a hearing with the Architectural Committee. This is your opportunity to share your perspective, provide supporting information, and work toward a resolution. You have 14 days from receipt of violation to request a hearing. Our goal is to address concerns respectfully while preserving the beauty and harmony of Ken-Caryl Ranch.
