Due Date: Payments are due on the 1st of each month, and a late fee is assessed if they are not received by the 15th.

Status Letters and Transfer Fee
There is a Transfer Fee of $300 and an inspection and Status Letter Fee of $200 payable at closing for each Status Letter requested. For status letters needed within 48 hours, there will be an expedition fee of $400. Additional or subsequent Status Letters will be charged at a rate of $200 per Status Letter and will be assessed against the Sellers HOA Account. Information needed for a Recurring Status Request is available for free online through the homeowner’s account website at https://kcranch.vmsclientonline.com/.
