Website and Technology Accessibility Statement

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association (Master Association) and Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District (District) are committed to providing accessible services and technology, including website accessibility, to all of its users. To that end, the Master Association and the District strive to continually evaluate its website and technology, and to improve their accessibility for all abilities.

The Master Association and the District accessibility efforts aim to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, conformance levels A and AA. These guidelines help make technology accessible to users with disabilities. There may be areas of the website and technology where the Master Association and the District could improve accessibility. The Master Association and the District welcome feedback on how to improve the accessibility of its website and technology for users with disabilities, as well as requests for accommodations related to the Master Association’s and the District’s website or technology.

Compliance Officer and Reports

The Master Association and the District have designated Victoria DeSair, Administrative Analyst, as its Compliance Officer for website and technology disability-related accommodations. Users also may contact the Compliance Officer to provide feedback on the accessibility of the Master Association’s and the District’s website or technology. The Master Association and the District can often resolve accessibility issues in a timely manner if they arise.

Please note that the Master Association’s and the District’s website or technology may link to third-party documents, websites, or technology that do not provide accessible content or an accessible user interface. While the Master Association and the District cannot control the accessibility of services and information provided by third parties, the Master Association and the District welcome reports of accessibility barriers encountered with respect to any third-party documents, websites, or technology that are linked by the Master Association and District in order to evaluate any remedial actions it may reasonably be able to take.
