Any members of the public desiring to provide comment should please email their statement to Traci Wieland at email@example.com by noon on the meeting date. Statements are limited to 350 words or fewer.
2020 Metropolitan District Board Election
Voting will take place via mail-in ballots.
- Residents will receive their ballots in the mail between April 13 – April 20.
- Ballots must be received by the Designated Election Official office no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day, May 5.
- It is up to the elector to ensure their ballot is received by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Postmark dates will not be accepted.

General Board Information
The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. Board members are elected to three-year terms by registered voters who reside or own property within the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District. The Board of Directors is elected to establish policies and provide general direction to the staff in the performance of their day-to-day duties managing the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District.

Ken-Caryl Ranch operates as a partnership of two entities, the Master Association and the Metropolitan District. The Metropolitan District oversees recreational programming, parks, and playgrounds and is funded primarily through property taxes and registration fees. The Master Association oversees architectural/covenant protection, manages the Open Space, operates the Equestrian Center, manages the trash/recycling services, and publishes Life at Ken-Caryl. The Master Association is primarily funded through Homeowner Dues and advertising.
2020 Metro District Board Meetings
Regular Business Meetings of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District typically begin at 6 p.m. at the Ranch House unless announced otherwise. The public is invited and encouraged to attend all meetings except Executive Sessions. The MD Board also holds a Joint Study Session with the Master Association on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Ranch House.
