Youth Tournaments

The United States Tennis Association is working with its sections and districts to adopt new rules that will create a more welcoming environment for players and parents. All Future (entry-level) tournaments will have a compass or round robin draw, and utilize a variety of scoring options in order to complete tournaments in one or two days. In Challenger (intermediate) play, competitors will be guaranteed two matches although some tournament directors will use compass or round robin formats. Gone are the days of lose one and you are out. Ken-Caryl will attempt to give as many matches as possible in the time-frame allotted. You must be available to play between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) and a USTA membership is required. Go to USTA.com to register for both a membership and to find more local tournaments.

This tournament will be played in one day with multiple abbreviated matches. Guaranteed 3 matches. You must be on site for the whole day. As courts become available, matches will be put on. Modified format will depend on the number of participants. It could be a round robin, compass draw or flight draw.

Adult Social League
Levels 2.0 – 3.0
Players must be able to serve. In this fun and non-threatening format, players will learn to play a game with assistance from staff. Balls provided.

USTA Flex Leagues group players of similar ability together in an organized season that allows players to schedule 5-8 matches when and where it’s most convenient. Players register as an individual or team, view schedules, report scores and track standings at ustaflex.com.

How to Register
Go to TennisLink.usta.com.
Click the “USTA Flex Leagues” tab along the gray option bar near the top of the page.
Click “Register for a League” in the side link menu.
Select “CO” under the State field and hit the “Search” button.
Find appropriate flight and click the “register” link to the right.
Follow steps to pay and complete registration.
When your schedule is published, you will receive an email that tells you how to view your schedule and contact information of your opponents.
