New! Yoga for Tennis
This 4 week session is designed for all fitness levels, whether you play a racquet sport or not. This class will help to increase the mobility in your neck, shoulders and hips as well as strengthen joints and increase your flexibility. In addition, yoga will improve your balance and explore varying breathing techniques to create mindfulness and presence while cultivating patience and focus.

Cardio Tennis is a system designed to bring a high level cardiovascular workout into the world of tennis, incorporating the game you know and love with games and activities that keep you moving, burning calories and improving your footwork and hand/eye coordination.
