Serve’s up! Please be advised that Summer Session 1 is May 31 – July 1 and Session 2 is July 9 – 31 for adults.

Cardio Tennis is a system designed to bring a high level cardiovascular workout into the world of tennis, incorporating the game you know and love with games and activities that keep you moving, burning calories and improving your footwork and hand/eye coordination.
